When is the last time you truly rejoiced over something? It’s easy to get caught up in the ebb and flow of life’s monotony. When life is the same for us day-in and day-out we tend to lose perspective on how we should be living. It can even drive us to disappointment, depression or worse. In the final chapters of Ecclesiastes, the author is keen to remind us of two important pillars of life: rejoice and remember. And we discover that in doing so life is sweeter and better lived.
